With love for cooking, art and respect for “gastronomy tradition”, we created a “cooking team” with our aim and vision, the transmission of our knowledge and the promotion of “greek gastronomy” all over the world. Through our actions we try to show the importance of choosing the right “raw material” as well as its proper processing at all stages of production.

Chondrolidis Marinos was born in 1977 Executive chef at Lagomandra hotels and suites. Member of “Chef’s Club of North Greece”.

Christos Gremos

Consulting Chef
Christos Gremos was born in Katerini. From an early age he discovered the particular love in gastronomy and he studied cooking at school in Thessaloniki. Head chef of “Kalamatianos sea food restaurant”.

Antonios Panousiades

Chef’s Panousiades Antonios first contact with cooking was in his family kitchen at the age of 13 when his parent realised his talent. Chef of “Rational”. Chef of “Lagomandra hotels and suites”.

Marios Kasiaras

Consulting Chef
Marios Kasiaras was born in Thessaloniki at 1992 and from young boy the love for the culinary art was obviously. His is part of “Kalamatianos sea food restaurant” kitchen team at Stavros of Halkidiki.
